West Indian Style Falernum - Non alcoholic sweet syrup made from ingredients from the Caribbean. Containing flavours of almond, ginger and lime, the earliest known references in cocktail books date back to the 1930’s. Famous drinks include Bermuda Rum Swizzle, Captain’s Blood Cocktail, some Rum Collins variations, and the White Lion among others.
American Beauty Grenadine - Where most Grenadine’s today consist of little more than red sugar water these days, American Beauty Grenadine bears intense Pomegranate flavours, made from actual Pomegranates. |
